Limitations of Paper mill SWOT Analysis

Papermill SWOT Analysis is carried out in several paper mills for strategic planning and business analysis. There are, however, some limitations that exist for the SWOT analysis. Paper mills may encounter the following limitations while conducting the SWOT analysis –

  • Some factors can be categorized as both strengths and weaknesses of the paper mill. For ex., environmental changes. Environmental unbalance can be a threat to a mill as it might impose the fact that paper mills use wood that is cut from trees which can be considered as a threat to the ecosystem. Whereas, environmental unbalance can be seen as an opportunity to develop eco-friendly products that would gain great market considering the situation.
  • SWOT analysis only provides an overview of business and sales. This doesn’t provide a strategy/solution to implement to improve your paper mill business. You can, however, design a solution based on the analysis results.
